Eligibility Criteria for AIIMS

Educational Qualification

10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB)

Minimum 50% for General Category

Minimum 40–45% for Reserved Categories (SC / ST / OBC)

Age Limit

Minimum: 17 years

Maximum: As per NEET guidelines

Entrance Exam

NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is mandatory.
